Our team of Chef’s aim to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience during their stay with menus that change on a daily basis. We offer both a Table d’hôtel or upgrade to our Indulgence menu for those wanting something a little extra. We prepare all our dishes, sauces and desserts from scratch using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. During the winter month’s pheasant, venison and duck is supplied from surrounding estates. In the summer our kitchen garden adds to the selection of fresh fruit and vegetables used in our dishes.
